Being Better’s Podcast: The Pelvic Pulse

Why Did Being Better Start a Podcast?

1 in 7 women have pelvic pain, 1 in 4 have menstrual irregularities, 1 in 10 have infertility problems, and many struggle with creating a healthy sex life as well as big life transitions such as pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and menopause.

Many women don’t know how to seek support in these areas of their lives and often feel alone or embarrassed navigating through these experiences. The Pelvic Pulse is here to change that.

This podcast is here to tackle the so-called “taboo” things us women sometimes feel ashamed to talk about and provide a safe space to revolutionize how we all talk about and understand women’s pelvic health.
